We are hiring CRM Operators to handle our emails and push notifications operations. You will implement strategies to engage customers, ensure data integrity, analyze campaign performance, and optimize communication efforts. We want to hear from you if you have experience in CRM operations and a strong understanding of email and push notification marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the production of compelling and high-quality content for push notifications and emails.
  • Manage email and push notifications daily operations within the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM (B2C) system operations, Digital Marketing, or Loyalty & Retention Marketing, preferably with a focus on email and push notifications.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and push notification best practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably with experience in managing email and push notification campaigns.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in handling simple technical issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
